This event is a fundraiser to help reelect Saint Paul City Council Member Melvin Carter, who has represented Ward 1 since 2007. Council Member Carter’s work on the council has focused on driving citywide education reform to close the Achievement Gap, making sure light rail transit serves its adjacent neighborhoods well, and bringing jobs, housing and economic development to the area. His re-election campaign is DFL- and Labor-Endorsed.

Heiruspecs will be playing a show at Cause Soundbar in uptown this Thursday. Bring a few buddies and build up your booze tolerance for NYE the next night. This is a 21+ show and there are no presale tickets so get there early, get a drink and party with us. Booka B on the wheels and Toki Wright on the mic. Should be a night to remember!

“Heiruspecs” Minneapolis Sound Hip Hop royality Feature artist for the 2010 MBMA July 16th, St.Paul, Minnesota most celebrated Hip Hop group, December 22nd declared Heiruspecs Day by the City of St. Paul, Central High School Alumni, known for live instrumentation performances and commitment to the Minnesota music scene and their community.

I already posted the flyer for our Duluth show (scroll down) but you should know that we’re playing in Duluth on Friday, June 4th.

We also play at home in St. Paul on Sunday, June 6th.  (

Now, the important thing to know is that we play at 2pm and it’s going to be crowded so get there early.   Last year it was tough for some of our younger fans to go because it is a beer garden area, so for ya’ll you should check out the red balloon bookstore back parkinglot.  That may be the spot to be if you want to see the show and aren’t of age.  Far from perfect, but better than nothing.

See, I got you!

Listen up!
